New - "Slama"

This cute boy is Slama, which is Czech for straw, he is one of our adorable 5" Scarecrow Bears and is made from beautiful terracotta backed, dark brown tipped Schulte mohair with a soft, slightly wavy pile. We have used short white mohair for his head and ears whilst for his feet and paws, representing straw, we have used long, pale gold, stringy mohair. Slama is steel shot filled so has some weight, his pads and paws are gold cashmere, we have given him shiny black English glass eyes, a yellow mohair insert on his tunic which matches his stitched nose and a yellow belly button. He also has a green felt hat and he is decorated with woodwool to hint at a straw filling. We really enjoyed making him and hope that you like him, Slama costs £68 plus postage.
