"Valais"

We have just finished this sweet Woolyback Bear and called him Valais, he is 5 1/2" tall and made in a lovely shade of pale green with a short, silky pile whilst his ears, the back of his head and his back are white, fluffy mohair. He has toning pale green pads and paws, a dark grey stitched nose and shiny black English glass eyes. Our Woolyback Bears are named after the local story from medieval Chester, people who used to try to avoid the entrance fee at Chester City Walls on market day would sneak through the livestock entrance with a sheep on their back and they became known locally as Woolybacks. We loved this story so much that we designed a collection after it. Valais is steel shot filled for a good weight and as you can see, he's very sweet.
