I know I'm biased but I just love this bear! At 7" tall he is slightly larger than many of our bears and he is made from four different shades of Hembold mohair. In fact he is the same style of bear as Crab Apple and does incorporate some of the same fur, but he looks completely different mainly because of the way his face has been trimmed, he has great whiskers! The green fur used for his head is the same type of mohair as his arms, legs and back but in different colours. His arms and legs are made using pink backed brown mohair, his back is slightly lighter brown mohair whilst his tummy and ears are made from slightly shorter, very soft, blue mohair backed in brown. The colours work well together, Douglas has brown ultrasuede pads and paws, he is heavily filled with steel and loosely jointed for additional cuteness, has shiny black English glass eyes and a green stitched nose. Douglas costs £74 including postage.
