Just look at those whiskers! This splendid chap is Galileo, a 5 1/2" Beardy Bear made from gorgeous short, soft, brown backed bright gold German alpaca. His whiskers and the back of his ears are made from very soft, dense, long chestnut brown plush fur with a feathery finish and they are rather spectacular. We have used bright gold cashmere for his pads and paws, he has a dark brown belly button, shiny black English glass eyes and a black stitched nose. With his steel shot and steel ball filling, Galileo is a good weight for his size. I just love him, the plush is a bit of a nightmare to work with as it goes everywhere and I have to wear a mask, but the result is worth it.
