"Nekut"

As you may have read elsewhere I have got back to hand dying fur and am having a great time! I bought a pack of cotton offcuts at the end of last year in lovely wintery shades of blue and green which I wanted to use for tummies and ears so I decided to hand dye some fur to go with them. Nekut who is 5 1/2" tall is one of the resulting bears and I am really pleased with how he turned out. The cotton fabric is pale turquoise and decorated with white leaves, his lovely Schulte alpaca fur started off white and I have added shades of turquoise to it which match really well. We have given him turquoise ultrasuede pads and paws, a dark teal stitched nose and teal belly button, he has shiny black English glass eyes and is steel shot and steel ball filled for weight. With five wobble joints he is heavy and floppy, the magical combination! I hope that you like him, Nekut costs £52 plus postage.
