Cheaper Postage Charges.

We are always conscious that the cost of postage is an important consideration when shopping online and so we have made some changes to our postage charges to try and improve things and give you more choice. Our postage charges are now calculated by the weight of the bear or bears that you purchase, not the number you buy. This will hopefully eliminate the doubling up of postage costs when you buy more than one bear. We have also added First and Second Class Standard Delivery as an option for UK purchases. Previously we have always sent our bears by Royal Mail Signed For to ensure that we can check when they have been received just in case they go astray, but if you are happy to just use the Standard Service then you now have this option. When you Checkout, you just select how you wish the parcel to be sent to you. We only add a maximum of 30p per parcel, in some cases less than that, to whatever Royal Mail charge us to send the bear, this is to cover the cost of the boxes and tissue paper that we buy in and this applies to both UK charges and overseas.
If we are posting to the USA, Canada, Australia or Europe we use Royal Mail International Signed For and again the price you pay is determined by the weight of the bear or bears, not the number you buy. At the moment these are the only destinations that we send our bears to, if you live elsewhere in the world and wish to purchase a bear, just contact us by e-mail and we will let you know how much the postage will be.
