Internet issues!
(August 23, 2011)We have been having problems with our internet connection this week, so if there is a delay in our replying to e-mails, we apologise in advance! It doesn't affect the shop sales in any way and we are still managing to put new bears on the website using our laptop, but the signal on that can be a bit hit and miss so if we don't get back to you the same day, don't worry, we will reply as soon as we can.
