If you are tempted to adopt one of the bears from our Shop Page, we want you to be totally delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your new bear, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund of the price of the bear, (but not the postage cost.) If you decide you wish to return the bear to us, please e-mail or telephone us and let us know that the bear is on its way.
