Hello everyone, welcome to the Haven Bears Shop. Scroll down and click on the photo's to enter the individual Shop pages and meet all the bears.  
 
 
 Today, Tuesday 18th, I have added Alosrin Elf, our latest Christmas Bear, to the 2018 Christmas Collection page so do scroll down to meet him. Also there are two new bears still available following our Black Friday Event so do look on the New Bears page as well and meet them both. We are still working hard and new Christmas Bears are being added to our Website Shop most days but we are running out of posting days now as the last day for 1st Class Posting in time for Christmas Delivery is Thursday 20th. We are currently working on another Christmas Elf and hopefully he will be added to the Website tomorrow so do come back and meet him.
 
I have also just added the first three of our new range of hand stitched Cross Stitch cards showing a sweet little bear in a selection of different colours. These cards have been left blank for your own message and come with an envelope. They cost just £2 each plus postage of 70p, please make sure you select the correct postage option at Checkout. 
  
In between Newsletters you can see all our latest bears first on the "New Bears" page of our Website Shop. We will add all new bears created who do not get to go on a Newsletter here first, and then after a day or so the bears will be moved to the page appropriate for their size, but look here first and you can find them all in one place.

If you wish to purchase any of our bears but do not live in the UK, EU, USA, Australia or Canada, please just e-mail us for delivery costs to other locations and we will reply as soon as possible.

On this site we offer a selection of postage choices for UK delivery, ie; 1st or 2nd Class Signed For or Standard Delivery. We have also changed the website so that the price paid is determined by the weight of the bear or bears, not the number of bears ordered. Hopefully this will make the postage charges more accurate and eliminate the need for us to make refunds if too much has been paid.
For Europe, USA, Canada and Australia we use Royal Mail International Signed For which includes insurance of £50, it is a fully tracked service and requires a signature on delivery. Again the price paid is determined by the weight of the bear or bears, not the number ordered. If you require a higher level of insurance that can be arranged for a small additional charge.
