Meet Piddock - I just love this bear, I love making them and I love them when they are finished! He is 5" tall and is like Stumpy, the first bear we made in this style. Piddock is part of our Shells Collection and we have made him from very special fur, pale grey, dense, straight, velvety soft angora mohair which I have never used before and it is just lovely. For his head I have used brown backed mohair which has a longer, whispy grey pile which matches very well and works brilliantly for his head. This style of bear is very different to our other bears, Piddock has very short legs with tiny round footpads and short arms, he also has a very round tummy and is designed to look better when he is sat down. He is very heavily filled with steel shot, has shiny black English glass eyes with black stitched eyebrows, black stitched claws and a black stitched nose. He costs £45 plus postage, I hope you like him as much as I do!
