"Pepper"

We are delighted to introduce you to Pepper, one of our gorgeous new elephants. We only started making elephants at the beginning of 2022 after talking about it for years, the first few were included in our online fairs in February and were well received so we wanted to make more for the Newsletter. I really enjoy making them and have lots more planned so I do hope you like them. Pepper is around 5" tall with short legs and round footpads, short arms, a rounded tummy and a downward facing trunk. He is made of the most vibrant mohair, brown backed with a pile make from sparse, straight mohair in a shade called "rusty claret." It almost glows in the light, we have combined it with cream cotton fabric decorated with a floral pattern in light beige and this has been used for his pads, paws and inner ears. He is heavily filled with steel shot, has shiny black English glass eyes and a brown belly button. Although not easy to see, all our elephants have smiling mouths, he also has a lovely plaited tail in brown and cream thread. Pepper costs £55 plus postage.

Please note that as with all our bears, Pepper is not a toy and is not suitable for children.
