"Geraint"

"Geraint"

Glorious Geraint - isn't he gorgous? He stands (and I mean actually stands, which is unusual for one of our bears) at 13" tall. He is named after one of King Arthur's Knights and we made him for the Cornwall Bear Fair which we sadly had to cancel, but that does mean he is available to adopt here. He is made from beautiful light brown backed Schulte mohair with an incredibly soft, dense, curly pile, the fur is tipped in dark brown/black and fades towards pale gold nearer the backing, it is just scrummy and feels lovely. He has light brown cashmere pads and paws, shiny black English glass eyes and a black stitched nose. We have filled him with a mix of glass beads and plastic pellets so he has some weight but is not really heavy. In style he has long curved arms, a rounded tummy, quite big feet, a proper hump and a sweet heart shaped face. His head is set quite low on his shoulders so he almost looks like he is shrugging. We don't make many bears of this size any more and we really enjoyed making Geraint although I am definately out of practice stuffing heads of this size - it really makes your arms ache! He costs £110 plus postage which I know makes him a considered purchase but he is lovely, and don't forget we offer layaway over three months so if you are tempted and want to consider that method just get in touch.

Please note that as with all our bears, Geraint is not a toy and is not suitable for children.

Sorry - Geraint has been adopted.
